Terms of service
The agreement between Ivy Proptech Private Limited (“Cadastra”) and the organisation using a Cadastra workspace (“you”).
Last updated 21 September 2026
The service
Cadastra is a land-acquisition CRM: a map of villages and parcels, decoded land and deed records, and tools to track owners, deals, tasks and documents. It is sold per workspace under an order form or plan that sets seats, coverage and price.
Your workspace
- You own the records your team enters. We process them only to run the service.
- You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping credentials safe. Admins can revoke access at any time.
- Acceptable use: no reselling or bulk extraction of land-record data, no use to harass or discriminate against any person, no attempts to circumvent access controls.
Land-record data
Records are sourced from official government portals and reproduced as published. They are an aid to diligence, not a substitute for a title search, a certified encumbrance certificate or legal advice. We do not warrant that a record is complete, current or free of error, and you must verify before you transact.
Availability and support
Planned maintenance is announced in advance; any uptime commitment is set out in your order form. Support is by email on business days. Design-partner workspaces receive a named contact.
Fees and termination
Fees are billed as set out in your order form. Either party may terminate at the end of a term with 30 days’ notice; we may suspend a workspace for non-payment or breach after notice. On termination you can export your records for 30 days, after which we delete them.
Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
