Privacy policy

How Ivy Proptech Private Limited (“Cadastra”, “we”) handles personal data on cadastra.in and in the Cadastra application.

Last updated 21 September 2026

What we collect

  • Account data — name, work email, workspace name, role — when you sign up or are invited.
  • Usage data — pages opened, actions taken, device and browser, IP address — to run and secure the service.
  • Waitlist and contact — the email you leave on this site and the page it came from.
  • Records you create — parcels, owners, deals, notes, documents you or your team enter belong to your workspace.

Land-record data

Cadastra displays land records obtained from official government sources (state land-record portals, registration departments, survey settlements). These records may contain names of land owners and parties to registered deeds as published by those authorities. We do not add personal data to them, sell them, or use them for any purpose other than delivering the service to authorised workspace members.

How we use it

  • To provide, maintain and secure the service, including audit logs of actions inside a workspace.
  • To respond to you and to send product updates you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace records to train models shared with other customers.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Google Cloud in the Mumbai region (asia-south1). Sub-processors are limited to infrastructure, email delivery and error monitoring, each bound by a data-processing agreement.

Your rights

Workspace admins can export or delete their workspace. Individuals may ask us to access, correct or erase their personal data, or object to processing, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to us via the contact page; we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for your theme. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new date and, for material changes, notify workspace admins by email.
