Land deals in India run on survey numbers, revenue records and registered deeds spread across state portals, PDFs and WhatsApp. Cadastra decodes those sources into one workspace: every village boundary in the country, parcel-level records state by state, the registered deed chain per parcel, and a CRM — pipeline, tasks, blueprints, workflows — built around the parcel rather than bolted on.
Who we are
Cadastra is a product of Ivy Proptech Private Limited, Bengaluru. The team has spent years decoding Indian land records — encumbrance certificates, RTCs, cadastral maps — for buyers who needed answers before a site visit, not after.
Where the data comes from
Only official sources: state land-record portals, registration departments and survey settlements. No aggregator scrapes, no resold datasets. Coverage and counts on the home page are live figures from our geo platform, updated as states come online.
